A Team Season Round-Up ❤️🖤

What. A. Season. 💥

Our second year in the Surrey County League has been one to remember! We welcomed some fantastic new faces into the squad, and the team has gone from strength to strength.

Here’s what our captain @fi_stirling had to say:
“It’s been a fantastic season for our A team, earning a place in the London and South East Regional league, after a successful season in the Surrey County League. On top of that, we finished top of Division 1 in the Kingston League. It’s been a real squad effort throughout, and it’s great to see the hard work rewarded with this success. We can’t wait for the next season to get started - roll on September!”

A big year for the Bs - new teammates, tough leagues, and some of the best netball we’ve ever played. Here’s what our captain @nicola_may_b had to say:

“A real season of two halves for the Bs this year. We welcomed lots of new faces into the team and we enjoyed getting to know each other on and off the court. Having been promoted in both Kingston and Surrey this was the highest the Bs have ever played in WNC history. Although the first half of the season saw a mixture of results, with great attendance at training and a tenacious attitude we had a storming second half of the season and finished runners up in Surrey Prem C meaning we have secured a third consecutive promotion into Prem B next season. In Kingston we played some beautiful netball and got some excellent results against lots of opposition A teams. We’re looking forward to going again in Div 2 next season.” — Captain
